MeToo Controvorsy :-
On the sets of Film ” Horn Ok pleassss” , co-actress Tansushree Dutta accused Nana Patekar of sexually harrasing her and filed a complaint to CINTAA'(Cine & TV Artists Association) in 2008.
In 2018 when the Me Too Movement gained momentum and reached to Bollywood than Tanushree Dutta through vaious social media and news agencies restated her accusation against Nana.
However in 2019 , Nana Patekar was cleared of all sexual harrasment charges and he told to media that the complaint by Tanushree could be malicious and out of revenge.
Philanthropic Activities :-
Nana Patekar is very generous when it comes to donating to charities and trusts. He has donated generously to farmers during the Draught in Maharashtra in 2015.
