Neha begins her acting career in the television industry as a child artist with the serial ‘Hasratein’ when she was 10 years old. The actress became a popular child actress in 90s and appeared in many more popular Indian television series like ‘Captain House’, ‘Khushi’ and ‘Padosan’.
In 1999, Neha made her film debut in Bollywood as a supporting role in the film ‘Pyaar Koi Khel Nahin’ directed by Subhash Sehgal’s in which Sunny Deol, Mahima Chaudhry, and Apoorva Agnihotri played the leading roles. Later, she appeared in a number of Hindi films playing supporting characters including ‘Daag: The Fire’, ‘Tum Se Achcha Kaun Hai’ and ‘Devdas’.
Neha acted in the Malayalam movie ‘Made in the USA’ which was released in 2005 where she played Rachel and her role was cherished by the critics. Following that she was cast in many more famous Malayalam movies which are ‘Abraham and Lincoln’ ‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star’ and ‘Snake and Ladder’.
