Badshah is an Indian singer, rapper, businessman and film producer who is famous for his Punjabi, Hindi and Haryanvi songs. Badshah is just his stage name however his original name is Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia. He was born in Delhi to a mother from Punjab and father from Haryana. He completed his studies from Bal Bharti Public school in Pitampura. Before becoming a full time singer he got into the Banaras Hindu University to study maths. Badshah is married to Jasmine and have a daughter together named Jessemy Grace Masih Singh.

He started his singing career along with Honey Singh in his group. In 2012 he left the group and released his own Haryanvi Song “Kar Gai Chul” which was later used in the Bollywood movie Kapoor and Sons. He started his career with name Cool Equal but then changed his name to Badshah. His song Proper Patola was supposed to be sung by Garry Sandhu but because of his busy schedule it went to Diljit Dosanjh which became a super hit.
