Tara Lipinski was born on 10th June 1982 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her father was in Texas and she began training at the age of 6. She lived with her mother and won the primary girls freestyle at the age of 9. She is nicknamed Lips and is educated from the University of Delaware.
